I am direct and straight forward. I am an intellectual and like challenging conversations (of course about a topic of interest). I don't find much in common with people who are my age or younger. Again and again I am told that I have long ago surpassed my own age by level of maturity portrayed through my behaviour.
I love going on long walks in the city during autumn, observing the beautiful combination of nature and industrial atmosphere of a city. I love fall: yellowed leaves dancing in the air, orange trees at sunset, the smell of fresh October air. Nature is absolutely beautiful during this changing season, but sadly, it is passed by unnoticed. I write poetry (quite good at it and have been published) and I also have been attempting to write some short stories as well. English major in college. Coming from Eastern Europe, I speak multiple languages and have been living in the United States for over 10 years. I have an immense interest in foreign languages and I would like to continue expanding my linguistic knowledge.
When I was growing up, my father greatly influenced my musical taste. He raised me on The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd (my absolute favorite band), Sting, Metallica, and such. I am probably a romantic goth, but that side of me hasn't been opened up to its fullest potential yet. No one has been able to know me as well as it is possible. Perhaps, I am not the easiest person to get close to, but in the end, it is very much worth it. I also love dancing and being social on the weekends. The ocean calms me down greatly, so I love going to the beach at sunset. I am very insightful, but stoic. I have no sympathy or tolerance for stupidity and it is a big pet peeve of mine when people don't use proper grammar and spelling (a typo is ok, but one should be able to distinguish between "there" and "their"). If anyone would like to know more information, they should ask me directly.
