..a friend once said i was a cross between russel from stillwater(almost famous) and mr. holland(mr holland's opus) i had to punch him in the face for that..not really...lets get this out of the way:i am most of all a musician- guitarist/composer/producer/singer; wickedly funny; a competitive athlete(basketballer);a bad speller;a vampire(not true);a good listener;a lover and a fighter and a thumb war champion-you shouldnt mess w/ me;an intellectual;a thumb war champion oh i just said that... in short a creative and self-aware individual who thinks outside the box.
..some things i like/love(the short short list not in this order..except for the first two)..writing/playing music, hanging out with my family, locking myself in the studio, natalie portman rapping, working out, playing fetch w/ dogs, new guitar strings, true romance(the movie), blow(the movie), heat(movie), rush, brain candy, shaun of the dead, the exorcist(oooh), dazed and confused, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, city of lost children, rounders, almost famous, real time w/ bill maher(just lost the religious right), the daily show, the ocean, surfing(boogie boarding), mangos, almost drowning in the ocean, san fran, spellcheck, dressing up in womens clothing(just seeing if you were paying attention), gary oldman, cate blanchet, depp, penn, downey jr, the sopranos, family guy, mozart, bethoven, mos def, dave chapelle, richard pryor, will farrell, chris katan, tori amos, the cure, mode, delerium, gwen stafani(please tell no one) rage, bowie, the stones, massive attack, portishead, hendrix, kravits, prince, nin, beck, space hog, bt, led zep, philosophical debate, my little brother's paintings, pick up games at the park, getting lost in the mountains, sharing a bottle of wine w/ friends, sharing a bottle of wine w/ myself, playing shows w/ my band(already said that.have to stop, out of breath) this is a little habit forming..perhaps i should seek help... if youd like to check out a tune, e me and ill tell you where to go..you know i dont mean it that way.(no capital letters were harmed in any way during the making of this profile.)
