Day-jobber / Punk Rock Musician.

Outside of my corporate day job, I suppose I'm an original punk who never grew out of it but had to "tone down" my appearance for my job, but trust me, I'm still punk on the inside. Every once in a while, i'll take off a few weeks of vacation days, totally bleach my hair and hit the road with the band (about once a year), living out of a van. To the outward obsever, I've got this "Jekyl and Hyde" thing going when it comes to my lifestyle. I've been into punk since mid-high school which was the early 80's for me.

I have to say I've learned to appreciate the finer things in life (like a nice car, clean modern apartment, fine food, cellphone, etc..). So you could say my gutter-punk days are long gone. On that note I have to say that I'm a bit fanatical when it comes to neatness and personal hygiene.

My music is probably the most important thing to me. I've ended several relationships after being given the "ultimatum". So I guess you could say that making me give up music would be like denying a part of me exists.

I suppose it's this attitude that keeps me young at heart and also physically...so much that when I tell people my age, they demand to see proof.

I'm admittedly a self-described bookworm and I spend a lot of time reading non-fiction newspapers, and encylopedias.
